General Use Restrictions

BiomEdit or third parties granting rights to BiomEdit hold all right, title, and interest in and to the materials on this Site, which are the copyrighted works of BiomEdit or such third parties. You understand and agree that the Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including, but not limited to, all information, software, code, text, displays, graphics, photographs, video, audio, design, presentation, selection, and arrangement, are owned by BiomEdit, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected in all forms by intellectual property laws including without limitation, copyright, trade-mark, patent, trade secret, and any other proprietary rights.

BiomEdit grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and display the materials on this Site only on your personal computer or mobile device, and only for purposes of your interaction with this Site. While BiomEdit is always interested in ideas and suggestions, it is possible that ideas or suggestions submitted to us may not be unique and may already be available from other sources, including publications or the work of our own staff.
